Our payments are processed by Paypal. We accept Paypal registered cards and also non registered cards.
In order to purchase products at woolig.com you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your purchase has been accepted and the article is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation stating your personal parcel number/ tracking number, so you can always track your order. You will only be charged when the order has been sent.

We ship to wherever you are, but for faster and easier delivery we suggest that you use a business address for delivery.
The delivery guidelines below are approximations for standard post deliveries and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time. If You chose express delivery, it takes not more than 3 working days to deliver almost anywhere.

All goods are sent from Latvia, Riga can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.
We ship all international orders as parcel post which makes it possible to trace the parcel. If You choose express delivery, we will use FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL or other express company.
Return & exchanges
Articles bought from Woolig are fully returnable within 30 days upon receipt. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, in the same packaging or a similar protective box. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and expense, and is to be handled by you. After this you have 30 days to return the goods.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back the goods, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.
When we have received the goods and approved the return we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 30 days. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.
If you have received a gift, which has been bought from Woolig and you wish to return the product we can exchange it to another product of the equivalent value. If you find a product, which is more expensive, you can pay the difference and we will send it to you instead. Expenses for returning and the delivery of a new product, are to be paid by you. Woolig trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established consumer laws of The Republic of Latvia. Complaints can be made in accordance with the established rules. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. In connection with complaints, defects and faults or non-delivery of goods please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Shopify payment gateway system has access to your data. It is not possible neither for Woolig nor any other unauthorized entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase. At Woolig your personal contact information is 100% confidential, and we guarantee that no unauthorized persons will have access to it.
Customs duty and VAT
If you order from a EU country you pay Latvian VAT, but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. Local taxes and duties may apply, in which case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
